live together in London and have many years experience of

Matthew is a designer who has over the past few years frequently
traveled to the Teruel region and loves the area for its varied
countryside, tranquility and friendly locals. Together they
invest and develop properties that not only have innate charm
but also offer an excellent investment potential.
We have a good base of contacts in the area and can give advice
on travel and accommodation as well as the process of buying
a property. We make sure that our properties have full legal
